Jeremy joined The Hirschel Group (THG) in June 2025. Prior to joining THG, Jeremy worked for the Department of the Navy, Office of the General Counsel, where he served as Deputy Counsel of the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Office of Counsel, and managed SSP’s real estate and environmental law practice. In these key government roles, Jeremy negotiated and advised on numerous multifaceted real estate maters, including purchase and sale agreements with prominent developers, infrastructure acquisition and construction projects, and facilities use agreements, easements, leases, and licenses. Jeremy excels at formulating innovative strategies for intricate negotiations and is adept at navigating complex regulations and in matters involving litigation and legislation. Jeremy's approach is rooted in providing practical, effective guidance, ensuring clients feel confident and informed throughout the legal process. Jeremy earned his J.D., cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (2011), and his B.A. in Economics and History from Tulane University (2007). Outside of his practice, Jeremy is an active member of the Bethesda, Maryland community, where he lives with his wife and son.
