Phillip joined The Hirschel Group in August 2022 as an associate after graduating from The George Washington University Law School in May 2022. Phillip represents landlords in drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, assignments, relocations and other legal documents, and analyzing recorded restrictions against the use and development of traditional strip centers and mixed-use developments. Outside of the office Phillip enjoys hiking in the Shenendoah valley, playing golf, basketball, baseball, and soccer and attending events in the D.C. Metropolitan Area ranging from lectures to sporting events of all kind. Phillip was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently lives in Arlington, Virginia.
