Elliot R. Arditti joined the firm in 1999 and has been a principal since 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Elliot served as Senior Vice President - General Counsel for Dart Group Corp., Trak Auto Corp., and Crown Books Corp. During his tenure with those companies, he was instrumental in increasing the number of their retail stores nationwide. Elliot currently specializes in commercial leasing, has successfully negotiated "big box" power center leases as well as freestanding and "in line" strip center leases, and has experience with many of the nation’s premier real estate developers. Elliot is a 1976 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton. He received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University National Law Center in 1979, and is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the ARC of Howard County Maryland, and sits on the Board of Directors of The Dart Group II Foundation. Elliot lives in Laurel, Maryland with his wife and three children.
