Deb LoDico, a principal at The Hirschel Group (THG), has been practicing in the commercial real estate field since 1985, primarily representing landlords in lease negotiations with national retailers in all types of projects, including regional malls, strip centers, mixed use and street retail. She has extensive experience negotiating leases for ground up development projects and pad and parcel sites. Prior to joining THG, Deb held positions as Director of Legal Leasing for Federal Realty Investment Trust in Rockville, Maryland, as Senior Associate with Lerner Corporation in Rockville, Maryland, and as Assistant Vice President with The Cafaro Company in Youngstown, Ohio. Deb’s background as in-house counsel for different, landlords, including a national mall developer, regional shop and mixed use developer, and a public REIT, brings diverse business and legal knowledge and experience to lease negotiations. She is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers and Women in Retail Real Estate and various other commercial real estate groups. Deb received her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve Law School in 1985 and graduated magna cum laude from Youngstown State University in 1982.
